• Help with researching favorable neighborhoods, and finding your favorite home.
• Provide oversight and follow up for any inspections deemed necessary
• Utilize our extensive house remodelling experience to offer advice on interior layout options, and on any repairs needed on the property.
• Assist with the buying process. Handle the details of the negotiation process including the preparation of all necessary forms when making an offer and/or counteroffer
• Be present at closing to ensure that all the buyer?s interests are protected

Seller Services

• Help with market analysis to find the present value of your home.
• Provide advice on how to prepare the house for sale, and on how to present the house to look appealing to buyers.
• Help with listing your house - Market the house to buyers and to other real estate agents.
• Assist with the selling process. Handle the details of the negotiation process including the preparation of all necessary forms when making any counteroffers.
• Be present at closing to ensure that all the sellers interests are protected
